What Our Clients Are Saying

Bailey was excellent and I just HAD to refer her to a friend. She was fast, responsive, and friendly. Thanks, Bailey!

Bailey is the best!!! She managed to snag us a great deal at an amazing location. Bailey has amazing attention to detail when it came to our needs/wants out of an apartment. She is caring, responsive, professional, honest, and again, THE BEST.

We absolutely adore Bailey!! We've not only used her to sell our home but to also buy our dream property. She and her team made both processes so smooth and easy. Bailey is knowledgeable, hands-on and is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I would highly recommend Bailey and The Ott Group team if you're looking to buy or sell your home.

Bailey was very responsive to every need we had and has the personable touch that makes buying a house, even in this market enjoyable. We were actually discussing how impressed we were that she hadn't missed a beat in the process. She quickly learned where we felt comfortable in the budget and gave us the best advice on best approaches that in the end saved us quite a bit.

I worked with Theresa Boisseau and Bailey Breaux to relocate to Austin. Since I was out of state, we used Zoom and email a lot, but when I visited to look at houses Theresa and Bailey were super helpful. We viewed a bunch of houses and their input and experience was invaluable. Everything was prompt and organized, from our initial contact through closing. If I move again in the Austin area, I’d definitely work with them again!

Last fall, Chris Ott and his team sold our house in three days, over asking price with a bidding war at the end! This was a complicated relocation with many factors. He found services to get our house into shape and did the reams of paperwork a relocation company requires to sell a house. He took selling our house seriously and came up with a savvy marketing plan to get our home sold. We would use Chris Ott and his team to find us a new house in a heartbeat.
