Chris got it sold while another home in our neighborhood, same as ours in many ways, placed on the market many months before ours, remains on the market as I write this review. Theresa was wonderful to work with in finding our new home in Austin. We moved from out of state and had a very short window for house hunting, and she did a great job of helping us narrow down our list, while keeping houses that fit what we wanted. She was a trooper in scheduling several houses in the two days we had to look. Theresa also gave us great feedback about each house we saw based on her experience of the area, which we found helpful. I would definitely recommend her as a realtor.
