Hill Country (HD, HW)

This area includes Dripping Springs and Wimberly areas. Dripping Springs is the beginning of the Hill Country. Dripping Springs is a fast growing “suburb” of Austin, known for his natural attractions like Hampton Pool, Pedernales State Park, Westcave Outdoor Discovery Center to name just a few, it also has fabulous wineries, breweries and distilleries. Dripping Springs is fast becoming a destination for district for weddings and other weekend events.

Wimberly is in Hayes county and home to Jacob’s Well Natural Area, the world famous Gruene Dance Hall. Wimberly is a little piece of heaven. Wimberly has a thriving artistic community and has been recognized in Travel Holiday Magazine as one of “America’s Best Small Towns.”
