Bailey was born and raised in the Austin, Texas area. Bailey has had lifelong exposure to the world of real estate because she grew up with several family members whose passion for real estate spans several decades. Bailey developed a fascination with the field at a very young age and soon sought out a path of her own.
Prior to earning her real estate license, Bailey worked in property management. As an apartment locator doing countless leases, Bailey gained a lot of real estate experience and business acumen. Bailey’s excellent customer service skills paved the way for many successes for her clients.
Bailey met a member of the Ott Group while working on a transaction in 2020, after talking to Chris and Theresa, Bailey knew she had found her real estate family. Bailey joined the OTT Group in 2021.
Since joining the Ott Group, Bailey has become a valued member of the team. Bailey handles transactions from first time home buyers to multi million dollar clients. Bailey was awesome to work with. We were buying a house in Georgetown, TX from out of state, and she really went above and beyond for us. She kept us updated constantly, sent tons of photos and videos, and made sure we felt connected to the process even though we weren’t there in person. She was super easy to communicate with—always quick to respond—and didn’t hesitate to be assertive on our behalf when things came up during the transaction. She really looked out for us. Bailey was very knowledgeable throughout the process, and if there was ever something she wasn’t sure about, she was upfront and got the right information by reaching out to her broker or colleagues. Bailey is truly such an amazing Real Estate Agent. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. I was very new to the area and she guided and advised me on what all the areas were around Austin and pros and cons of each. Bailey is also EXTREMELY honest and I appreciated that. I didn’t once feel like she was trying to sell me on something I wasn’t 100% convinced of. She wasn’t pushy at all and always gave me space and time to think through my options.
